About
Anuj is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Physiology and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago, New Zealand. Anuj brings over six years of Physiotherapy experience with commendable skills in hands-on Physiotherapy and active exercise therapy. With a wide variety of experiences, Anuj has gained invaluable knowledge in assessing and treating various conditions, particularly in, operative and/or post-operative, musculoskeletal, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Anuj is driven by learning and enhancing his skills so that he can continue to provide outcome based, innovative treatments for his patients. As such, he achieved a certificate in Lyn Watson shoulder course, neuromuscular dry needling course and a sporting lower limb assessment and management course from Australia. He furthered his professional development once he moved to Vancouver, BC by completing an anterior hip and groin course. Anuj is particularly interested in these areas noted above as he enjoys working with his patients to develop, and implement return to work plans, and sport rehabilitation plans. Anuj is passionate about seeing his patients get back to doing what they love the most by offering individualized treatment plans and collaborating with the patients to facilitate effective recoveries.
Anuj is Kiwi who enjoys travelling and expanding his experience with various age groups and environments. He is very ambitious, and would like to further his career by pursuing post graduate studies in manual therapy and sports therapy. In his spare time, he likes to play cricket, soccer and loves watching rugby and Aussie rules football (AFL). Since his move to Canada, he is now looking to learn ice hockey, and would love to volunteer at local community games.
