She is an orthopedic manual therapist and pelvic health therapist. She enjoys working with a broad spectrum of patients including those with sports injuries, post-surgical clients, and clients of all ages.
Candace has a particular interest in pelvic health. She works with male and female clients, and can treat a variety of issues including incontinence, chronic constipation, retention (trouble voiding), pelvic organ prolapse, urinary urgency, bladder pain, abdominal pain, testicular pain and pain with intercourse, concerns related to pregnancy and birth preparation, diastasis rectus abdominus, and menopause.
Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community. Candace has volunteered at numerous clinic events since she started with the Clinics including the ITU World Triathlon series, St. Albert Road Race, and has helped as an interviewer for the University of Alberta Physical Therapy MMI interviews.
Candace stays active outside of work by running, biking, snowboarding, and going to yoga classes. She has played basketball and rugby recreationally and competitively.
