About
Born and raised in New Waterford, Nova Scotia, Greg is a graduate of Cape Breton University’s B.Sc Nursing Program. Greg initially started his post-secondary education in kinesiology, but found his way into the nursing program after years of academic exploration. During his time in university, he was a member of the CBU baseball team that competed in the Canadian Intercollegiate Baseball Association. Prior to entering the nursing profession, Greg worked throughout his university career as a sales associate for a major sporting goods store and also spent his summers as a groundskeeper in his hometown.
Greg comes from an acute care background, having spent most of his time working in the Coronary Care Unit at the Halifax Infirmary. He completed the Critical Care Nursing Program in 2018 and had been working in critical care areas prior to joining the Lifemark team.
During his free time, Greg is an avid baseball player and still competes in the Nova Scotia Senior Baseball League. He also golfs, plays hockey and loves to spend time with his Yellow Labrador Retriever, Griffey.
