While working in another industry, Jeff found a passion for connecting with the community and giving one-on-one support to guide individuals to their own personal success. For this reason, Jeff pivoted his career and completed a degree in kinesiology, where he could use exercise interventions to restore or improve personal fitness.

Over the past 5 years, Jeff has specifically focused on occupational rehabilitation, and has completed hundreds of job site visits and coaching sessions. As a senior clinician and leader within our specialty return-to-work team, Jeff excels at training and rehabilitating injured workers back to their pre-injury job. In addition to physical exercise, Jeff thoroughly educates on body mechanics, ergonomics, pacing strategies, adaptive positioning, and resiliency strategies when encountering persistent symptoms.

Outside of work, Jeff enjoys hockey, home improvement, and spending time with his niece and nephew.
