About
Kelsey is a highly skilled physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Alberta in 2018, earning her Master's of Science in Physical Therapy. Drawing from her own personal experiences with sports-related injuries, Kelsey developed a profound interest in physiotherapy and is particularly passionate about treating athletes, especially fellow equestrians. She firmly believes in employing a comprehensive approach to treatment and customizes each client's program by incorporating a wide range of therapies and techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other innovative methods. Kelsey's dedication to her profession is evident through her extensive training and certifications in areas such as dry needling/IMS, concussion management, and manual therapy. Currently, she is actively pursuing further education in corrective exercise to expand her expertise.
When Kelsey is not working at the clinic, she can often be found at the barn indulging her love for horses. As an avid equestrian herself, she owns two horses and actively participates in show jumping competitions. In her rare moments of relaxation, Kelsey enjoys immersing herself in a good book, often with a small pet curled up on her lap, providing a comforting companion.
