About
Naomi graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Ottawa. Since then she obtained her Gunn IMS (dry needling) certification through the University of British Columbia. Over several years Naomi pursued many courses in advanced orthopaedic manual therapy. Naomi’s comprehensive treatment approach focuses on manual therapy, specific exercises, Gunn IMS, and educating her clients on their rehabilitation. She assesses the contributing factors to an injury so any underlying causes can be addressed and recurrent injury may be avoided. Naomi enjoys treating a variety of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries. She works with clients of all ages and athletic abilities, taking a client centered approach helping them understand their injuries so they can conquer those aches and pains, and get back to the activities they are passionate about.
Naomi previously lived and worked in western Canada. Although she misses the mountains, Naomi is excited to be back in Ontario exploring all Simcoe County has to offer. Outside the clinic you’ll find her keeping active through alpine and nordic skiing, mountain biking, cycling, hiking and water sports.
