Time to stretch!

If you’re spending a lot of time indoors sitting down – don’t forget to get up and take a stretch break. Try doing these five stretches daily to help ease the pains and strains from sitting all day.
Note: These stretches should produce a comfortable stretching sensation. If you experience any sharp or shooting pain, stop and please contact a physiotherapist.
